We understand the difficulties in finding a group of friends who care about you. Our goal with college and career night is to provide you a with space to make some new friends, as well as to learn more about Jesus.

What can you expect at College & Career night?

Find community

Our main focus is to bring people together through the love of Jesus. One of the greatest gifts Jesus has ever given us is each other. We know how easy it is to feel disconnected. We would love to welcome you into our community for a night to see if you feel like our group is a good fit for you or not.

Authentic people

Surface level relationships generally speaking do not bear fruit. It’s when we are honest with each other about our lives, our failures and our victories, that deep connection happens. We strive to be an open and honest group of people to nurture our relationships into something deeper.

Power in prayer

We believe that God desires for us to pray and for us to communicate with Him what is going on in our hearts. We believe that our God is a God who answers prayer, and that prayer is a powerful tool that God has blessed us with. If you’re in need of prayer, we would love to pray for you.

3 simple steps to get connected

1 Show up

Basically all you need to do is show up! Meeting new people can be intimidating, we get it. Nevertheless life is much more exciting with friends. We connect weekly Sunday nights from 7:00pm to 10:00pm

2 Enjoy yourself

We would love for you to come and experience the love of Jesus in community. Our goal is to connect you with people you can hopefully form deep and meaningful relationships with.

3 Stay connected

Now that you have experienced what our community is like, why don’t you consider becoming a full time member of our community and continue getting to know us?

Jesus never meant for us to do life alone.

Having a strong foundation rooted in Christ is important. In fact, having a solid foundation is what will get you through the most difficult moments of your life. Learning more about Jesus and ourselves can allow us to go deeper into relationship with other people as well. At college and career we put God first, and our relationships with each other come a close second. We’re here and our doors are open to anyone who would like to come and join us, in fact it brings us much joy to see new people showing interest in our community. Why don’t you come and join us at the Rock of Ages church in Saskatoon for a night and see if our group is the right fit for you?
