As a parent we know that life can often be stressful and overwhelming. Rest assured that while you attend worship, at children’s ministry your child is also learning about Jesus and His great love for them.

Sunday school takes place during Sunday Service at 10:30 am

What can your child expect at Sunday School?

Biblical curriculum

We use groups called “Dig In” curriculum which allows all ages to study the same weekly theme by using games, music, crafts and science. There is also a weekly take-home sheet.

Enthusiastic Teachers

Our teachers love kids and bring high energy and enthusiasm to engage and captivate your children while teaching them about the love of Jesus.

A head start

It’s important for children to know who Jesus is. Let’s give them a strong foundation on which to grow their faith.

Fun and reputable!

Sunday school is available for children aged 4 to grade 6. Confirmation classes are also offered to students in a 2 year program during grades 7 and 8.

Near the beginning of service there will be an announcement for the children to gather.

2 Learn together

While you’re busy enjoying the sermon, your child will also be getting to know Christ in fun and meaningful ways.

3 Finish up

When service is over, please come to the Preschool/Sunday School classroom to pick up your child.

Our Sunday School is
family focused.

Throughout the year are a variety of events planned for the entire family to take part in.

Having a strong foundation rooted in Christ is important. It’s easy as a parent to be pulled in many different directions at the same time while wanting our child to grow up and to know the love of God and who Jesus is. Let us give you a helping hand so you can have one less thing to worry about. At Rock of Ages church in Saskatoon we have a fun and reputable children’s ministry staff that can’t wait to meet your little ones! And just so all of you parents are aware, we also plan different events throughout the year such as sledding and scavenger hunts, and other fun and engaging family experiences. So there is a chance for fun for the entire family throughout the year as well. Come and join us today.
